A luxury development for Washingborough

Mundys estate agent has partnered with GS Jones & Sons to deliver 64 luxury homes to Lincoln’s ever popular and sought-after village, Washingborough.

Established in 1966, G.S. Jones & Sons has earnt an unrivalled reputation for building and renovating executive homes in and around Lincolnshire. Over the last five decades, the family-run business has grown and expanded its services to include large residential developments, with Manor Fields – the Washingborough development, being the latest venture.

The 11-acre site that will house 64 homes began development in 2018 and will take approximately eight years to complete. Manor Fields is the biggest development GS Jones & Sons has ever embarked on. The first phase is now underway, with six already reserved and three becoming available to reserve with Mundys. Each home is unique and combines bespoke design with GS Jones & Sons’ usual high standard of craftsmanship; Lincolnshire Limestone fill the walls, reclaimed bricks gift the properties with character, natural slate and clay pantile roofs enclose the structures and chimney stacks complete the executive homes.

Originally founded by Glyn Stuart Jones, the Heighington-based building company is now run by the next generation, with Glyn’s three sons now a firm part of the business. They each bring with them their unique set of skills and expertise to ensure that the company’s ethos remains the same as when it was founded – to strive for excellence and create homes of distinction by combining bespoke design and quality craftsmanship on every project.
